Shipping cost's vary by model and desination.
To check destimation charges to your area before buying is simple... choose the items you wish to check by adding them to your shopping cart, when satisfied click the checkout button to go to the next page. Now choose your province of residence and the page will automatically reload showing the total shipping charges you now have the option to complete the transaction or cancel it.

COOKSHACK HOME SMOKERS:
Standard Shipped via UPS or FedEx ground service. Delivery times vary from 10 to 21 days depending on stock.

COOKSHACK COMMERCIAL SMOKERS:
Models FEC100, SM160, SM260 and SM360 Standard Shipping is via either UPS Freight, or FedEx Freight. Delivery times vary from 14 to 21 business days depending on stock. Models FEC300, FEC500 and FEC750 Rotisserie Smokers ship via General Freight Carriers. Lead time is 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

BACKWOODS CHARCOAL SMOKERS:
Shipping is via UPS or General Carriers. Delivery times vary from 2 to 8 weeks depending on model.

S&M SMOKERS:
Shipping is via General Carriers. Delivery times vary from 2 to 4 weeks depending on model.

DEHYDRATORS:
Shipping is via UPS or General Carrier. Delivery times vary from 7 to 14 days depending on Stock.

CANCELLED ORDERS & RETURNS:
Cancelled factory orders and returns for, Cookshack Commercial Smokers, Backwoods Smokers, S&M Smokers and Dehydrators are subject to a 19.5% re-stocking fee. All accepted returns must be returned in the original packing and shipping materials, at the customers expense to our location. Once an RMA has been issued and the merchandise has been returned and in original condition with no damage, a refund will be issued less 19.5% re-stocking fee. Returns will only be accepted with an RMA authorization issued by The Great Canadian BBQ Store prior to returning. Merchandise returned without an RMA will not be accepted! All shipping costs are the Customers responsibility, including and not limited to the original shipping and handling charges.

* Tracking information: Tracking will be sent within 24 hours of shipping, to the email address provided at checkout.
* Prices include: Any and all Importation fees, and brokerage costs. No cross border fees or currency exchange fees!
* Canadian Pricing: No Currency Exchange costs, all pricing is in Canadian Currency.
